CoachWorx Employment Solutions has been a proud service provider to the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) since 2001. We are contracted by the ODSP Employment Support Program to provide employment support to persons with disability related barriers to employment. We help our clients find and keep jobs.

Anyone in Ontario who is not in receipt of ODSP but has a medical condition that they think is a barrier to employment may qualify to work with CoachWorx. If your total household income is under $51,000 annually, and you have any medical condition at all that could be perceived as having an impact on your ability to accept or maintain employment, you can qualify.

CoachWorx Employment Solutions will work with you to identify job opportunities in your chosen employment sector, increasing the chances of getting the job you want. We encourage clients to consider a second and third job goal with related skill requirements in order to get them back in the working world as quickly as possible.

Our staff understands that each individual has their own unique skill-set and experiences to apply to their chosen employment goal. We will help you to market yourself most effectively through a targeted job search that highlights your transferable and demonstrated skills.

You will not be "cut off" your pension by engaging in employment. By working to your full potential, you will actually INCREASE your earnings! There will be no reduction in your work related pay cheque, but you will be required to report your earnings to ODSP each month.** CoachWorx encourages all of our working clients to keep their paystubs to make reporting easier.

An individual who is interested in working full time so they do not need ODSP any longer will receive a $500 bonus for exiting the Income Supports system. Rapid reinstatement is always available in case job loss occurs.

Absolutely! If you have worked in the past and are collecting your Canada Pension Plan / Disability benefit (CPP/D) you qualify for ODSP Employment Support if your total family income is under $51,000 per year. You will need to get a letter from CPP stating that you do not qualify for any of their vocational programs. This letter may take a few weeks to get but will confirm that there is no duplication of services from the federal and provincial governments. If you are on CPP/D you do not need to report your income to ODSP but are still encouraged to retain your pay stubs for income tax purposes and just in case CPP needs to verify your income level.

CoachWorx Employment Solutions is located in Windsor, Ontario and serves the Windsor area, as well as Essex and Kent Counties. CoachWorx maintain a private office in Windsor; this allows us to better serve you by bringing our unique, one on one services to you!

We maintains a private office for client confidentiality reasons. This approach allows us to build strong and trusting relationships with our clients designed around individual needs. It is also designed to better assist you by being where the jobs are out in the real world.

You will initially be matched with one of our job developers who will develop a plan with you to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. Services will be delivered around your input and based on your specific needs.

Our services are designed to be unique to the needs of every individual client. You will receive free services intended to meet your needs, including resumé and cover letter building, one-on-one interview preparation, and job searching assistance. We will empower you to take an active roll in your search so that when you get a job you have the sense of satisfaction and ownership that will result in your successful job retention. We will work together with you to increase your knowledge and confidence so that YOU ARE the person that get hired after the interview.
